Three men have been charged in connection with the murder of Eddie Kinuthia, who was fatally stabbed in Bristol last year

Bristol: So, three guys have been charged with the murder of Eddie Kinuthia, who was only 19 when he was tragically stabbed in a park last July. It all went down in St Paul’s, just before 11pm on a Friday night.
The Crown Prosecution Service has named Zachariah Talbert Young, Paul Elijah Hayden, and Cartell Williams as the suspects. They showed up in court recently, and it looks like they’re in for a tough time.
This whole thing followed an 18-month investigation by the Major Crime Investigation Team, with help from the local police. It’s been a long road for everyone involved.
Interestingly, Talbert Young and Hayden are also facing charges for another stabbing incident that happened a bit earlier. A teenager got hurt at a different location, but thankfully, he survived.
As of now, none of the men have entered any pleas, and they’re all being held in custody. They’ll be back in court soon to face the music.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark Almond mentioned how devastating Eddie’s death was for his family and the community. He’s been working hard to ensure justice is served, and it’s clear that Eddie’s family has been incredibly patient throughout this whole process.
Vicky Gleave from the CPS also reminded everyone that these proceedings are still active, and it’s crucial to avoid any comments that could affect the trial. It’s a serious matter, and everyone deserves a fair shot.
