Tione Di Trento: A body has been discovered while searching for Aziz Ziriat and Sam Harris, two British hikers who went missing in the Dolomites. They hadn’t been seen since January 1, and their friends and family grew worried when they didn’t catch their flight home on January 6.

The last place they were spotted was near a mountain hut called Casina Dosson, not far from Riva Del Garda on Lake Garda. Joe Stone, a friend from university, mentioned that both guys were experienced hikers who loved exploring off the beaten path. But when they missed their flight, that’s when everyone started to panic.

Joe said it wasn’t unusual for them to lose signal in the mountains, but the missed flight was a big red flag. Right now, Aziz’s girlfriend and their friends are in Italy, working closely with local authorities to help with the search.

He also shared how amazing the public response has been, highlighting the kindness of strangers. People from all over, both in Italy and the UK, have stepped up to help out.

Even Crystal Palace Football Club’s charity got involved, asking fans to share any info that could help find Aziz and Sam. They’re really hoping someone who knows the area can provide some leads.
