Hanley: Work is underway to create a massive fairground in a city center car park. Funderland, known as the UK’s biggest mobile theme park, is making its debut this February half-term.
They’re setting up around 17 rides for all ages. Plus, there will be tasty food stalls selling burgers, doughnuts, and candy floss. Photos show the rides going up at Birch Terrace car park, the same spot where Winter Wonderland happens.
The event runs from February 13 to February 23. Entry is free, and you can choose between pay-as-you-go tickets or an unlimited riding option.
The organizers are thrilled, saying, “For the first time ever, the UK’s best mobile theme park is coming to the heart of the Potteries! We’re rolling out the red carpet for something special.”
Funderland promises outdoor entertainment with favorites like Crazy Mouse Roller Coaster, Dodgems, and more. There will also be delicious fairground food, games, and photo ops.
They’re offering an opening night deal where all rides are unlimited for four hours at just £10. So, get ready for some fun!
