A man in his 50s was assaulted on a Bristol bus, suffering facial injuries and requiring hospital treatment
Bristol: So, there was this unfortunate incident on a bus recently. A man in his 50s got punched and headbutted while riding in the city. It all went down on Bridewell Street, right near the city center.
The poor guy ended up with some facial injuries and even chipped a tooth. Ouch! He had to go to the hospital to get treated for what happened. Now, the police are on the lookout for a guy they want to talk to about the whole thing.
They’ve released a CCTV image of a young man, probably in his late teens or early 20s. He’s got long dark hair that’s shaved on the sides and front. He was wearing a grey zip-up top with black trim over a white shirt and dark pants.
If anyone recognizes him or has any info, the police are asking you to give them a call at 101 and mention the reference number 5224274201. They really want to get to the bottom of this.
Avon and Somerset Police are still investigating the assault. They’re hoping someone can help them out with more details about what happened on that bus.
