A mum was jailed after leading police on a wild chase with her baby in the car. She crashed into a taxi and was found to be under the influence of cannabis.

She had her baby in the front seat while driving like a maniac. CCTV caught her running red lights and even driving on the pavement. Can you believe that?
The police spotted her on Etruria Road, and they turned on their lights and sirens. But she just kept going, even speeding up to 50 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Things got really dangerous when she drove on a pavement with pedestrians around. Eventually, she hit a taxi after ignoring a No Entry sign. That’s when they finally arrested her.
This all happened just five days after she was in court for drug-driving. The prosecutor said she was high on cannabis during the chase.
Charlotte pleaded guilty to dangerous driving. Her lawyer tried to argue for a lighter sentence, saying she was working on her drug issues. But the judge wasn’t having it.
He pointed out how reckless she was, especially with her baby in the car. She’s now banned from driving for over two years. What a wild ride, huh?
