Hosted by Dementia UK’s Admiral Nurses, the clinics will provide a safe and private space for discussions about dementia. It’s all about offering support to families and individuals who need it most.
You can book your spot through Dementia UK’s website. They’ll cover everything from memory worries to understanding diagnoses and even financial advice. This initiative is part of Nationwide’s Fairer Futures program, which tackles major social issues in the UK.
Nationwide is funding 30 specialist Admiral Nurse positions and hosting 200 pop-up clinics across the country. Ruby Guild from Dementia UK expressed excitement about returning to Bristol, emphasizing the importance of having a familiar location for support.
